It's weird but I think it's a brother of either hard working man or his wife. Have you got any possibles?

3 brothers of the family man - all possible but all died in 1860s and top hat photo is 1860s.  Family Man's wife had a brother I think - will have to check.  You have earned a good rest Gadget,.... and Lydart - yes, next its CRICKET !!!
