Just to confirm that the address is Parker Place (it's on the previous page) . See this 1841 street index on the  Liverpool FHS site http://www.liverpool-genealogy.org.uk/Streets1841/Htm-2/41ST-IND-P.htm for confirmation that Parker place is in this part of the census
