No problem.

It's easy to see how the confusion happened. 

Too many co-incidences - i.e.  Peterborough, both born in 1898.

No doubt at some point or other we have all made an 'obvious' link to somebody, only for it to be proved a red herring later on.

Back in 1901, is there a mystery here ?

The 'missing' Stephen J Harbour is a Visitor in 134 Judd Street, Grays Inn, St Pancras.

There is no HEAD of Household enumerated - all Servants & Visitors ... but who is Eliza ??? Sister ? Sister-in-Law ? Relative ?
