Pont-Uchel
« on: Sunday 17 December 06 21:07 GMT (UK) »
Hi all,
I am trying to trace an ancestor Robert Roberts who was born in 1844, born in Pont Uchel (as per census records). Can someone please enlighten me where Pont Uchel is please? I am unable to find any records of him pre 1871, he must be there but not as coming from Pont Uchel. I do not know as yet his parents names which doesn't help, but an insight into where this village is may narrow my searches down a bit! ;D
Kind Regards and a Nadolig Llawen to you all
