Hi,
From OFHS Cuddesdon PRs...
Baptism
7 Aug 1808 William Lamburn s/o William and Mary, Wheatley
Cuddesdon is next parish to Wheatley and baptisms at Wheatley on my cd start from 1813. It states most baptisms were done at Cuddesdon before 1813.

I could find no marriage for William and Mary at Cuddesdon but there is this one from OFHS Oxfordshire
Marriage Index that might be worth looking into
13 Aug 1804 William Lamburn, lodger to Mary Kimber, lodger at Ox St Ebbe
Hope this helps
