1901 - I think this may be Elizabeth. West Dean appears to now be in Monmouthshire Wales, but the page heading is
Administrative County Gloucestershire. RG13/4922  84/7 West Dean Monmouthshire Wales
Address is (interestingly) Joyford Lonk
Elizabeth Lane head Widow 78 Whitchurch Mon
Henry Lane son S 52 Collier huver? worker Poncraig Whitchurch
Allan lane son S 48 Collier labourer worker  do        do

can't find 1891 at the minute

Oh you wonderful People Thank you all so much for your time and trouble. It is really appreciated believe me.
Because I have only been into Ancestry for a few weeks I didn't really know how to go about things. I am really enjoying looking everything up but I get a little rattled when i spend all night and find nothing. Anyway I have now got over 100 in my tree and I'm over the moon. All in one month so that's great.

Trish[/color to you thank you for all the details. Here in Perth is it going to be 37C on Christmas day grrrrrrrr. For all the Poms that's over 100 in your Language. I hate the heat. Oh well nothing I can do about it.

EBN Thank you also for the pm I have got all the
details
I am a member of Ancestry.com so I now have something to go on.

Regarding the cricket well what can I say. I am a pom originally but must confess I go for the Aussie's I've been here that long I feel like an Aussie now. But Yorkshire is my Birth place and will always hold a special place in my heart.
Seems like most of my Ancestors came from Staffordshire Herefordshire and Gloucestershire though.
Once again thanks heaps people this site is so friendly

Take Care
regards
Jackie
