 :-\ :-\
Hi is there anyone out there who can point me in the right direction, as to where to look........
I'm looking for info on Ports visited by Royal Navy Ships....
From 1902 to 1912...
I have a Robert Shard born 1884, Widnes, he's on the 1901 census for Scotland on the Caledonia, the training ship..
He married for the second time in 1912 at Prescot, but on this cert it says he was a widower, an't find a marriage on the bmd, so thinking he may have married abroad, a a port he visisted, a long shot I kow, but anythings worth a try...
Any tips or help mch appreciated...

Hi Carol and A Warm Welcome to Rootschat  ;D

Have you already tried to find their marriage on the Overseas Index of the GRO?
