1891 census lookup please

Hi Everyone

Can something help find a William Morris born 1873 Treddegar glamorgan Wales age 28  in 1901 he is in Wavertree Lancs with his wife Elizabeth age 27 Born Liscard in Cheshire

Havent been able to trace a william born treddegar wales in 1881 so need to confirm if 1891 lists him born the same place as 1901.

According to his marriage cert in 1896 Liverpool his father is a Edward Morris

Checked a map and the nearest big town to Tredegar is Merthyr Tydfil, so I went back on the 1881 census and BMD and came up with the following possibles:
