Army Photo - can anyone tell what regiment please

My cousin has found a photo, we know its neither of our fathers but they did have another brother who died in WW2 he was RASC attached to 158 Field Ambulance, can anyone identify the uniform please.

The one on the left  is in the TANK Regt, can't make out the other cap badge.

Both the soldiers are in Tank units the 'L' one is in the Royal Armoured Corps(RAC), the one on the 'R' is Royal Tank Corps(RTC) or Royal Tank Regiment (RTR).
