 Hi Sheila,

Thank you so much for this information, DS and I have been searching for the last 2 weeks, with no success, you are an absolute MARVEL.

As DS says, I am Chuffed to bits, this solves a huge Brickwall in my Newton family and I don't know how to thank you, I will send you a heap of sunshine from the Sunny Central Coast, it's over 30 degrees today and a real stinker, I might have to stay up all night because it's too hot to sleep! (ha,ha)

How on earth did you find them?

Whooohooo DS, what mission can I send you on next I wonder?

I am going to have a gander myself now, just got in from work and had to reply straightaway.

Thanks 'Heaps' Sheila

Hi Sheila,

In my excitement, I went on to Ancestry to look, and then I read your message properley and saw 'unfilmed'.

Hi skb

Way back on the 2nd January you indicated that the family could be hiding in Manchester’s unfilmed section. In typical fashion, however, Clouseau went off to Ashton to harass the poor Robinsons (who have since been proved to be completely innocent) about the suspected abduction of young Samuel.

Only recently, when your suggestion was actually followed, was it possible for an imminent member of the Aristocracy, who possessed the necessary wherewithal to perform such deeds, to come along and reveal the truth.

Many thanks for your assistance

DS

Thank you for your comments DS, but I'm not sure they are deserved. While I've been shooting off at tangents everywhere, you and Sheila have come up with the goods and I've been completely outclassed.

Still, it's been a fascinating journey hasn't it?
