Phoebe DOUGLAS - Convict - St Albans

I am trying to find any information on Phoebe Douglas, convict, transported to Australia on the Sovereign 1829, born St Albans 1800. 
Supposedly married to a George Laurence, convict Bermuda, before transportation.  One child.
Applied for marriage in Australia, denied because of english mariage. 
Had defacto marriage, two sons, Joseph and Thomas Guest.  Had a long life with many grandchildren.
Would love to find anything out about her English roots.

Yes, have seen the Old Bailey transcript, but it only has the trial information, nothing personal about her at all.
Is there any way there may be information about her extra to the trial transcript, eg her marital status children etc.
On her convict records it states she was married to a George Laurence and had 1 child, no sex recorded for the child.
