Hi there

Is there anyone out there who is related to the Orwell,s from
Addirley and Market Drayton. They were coal merchants in Mkt
Drayton in the 1880,s to the present day.

HI IJL I am not related to the Orwell's , but live in Market Drayton . As far as I know the business is still family owned. If you have been to Market Drayton recently you will know that the company are situated on the Betton Rd . and right along side of the Shropshire  Union Canal.  Can I help to find any info for you . black night.

Hi there Black Knight

I recently paid a visit to Mkt Drayton for a wander round the
church yard and got talking to some locals. They told me of
the site on the canal . I went and took a few photos, so i know
of the site thanks. Will let you know if you can help in any other
way. Thanks again
