My Father was illegitimate born in 1916 all i know is his fathers name & that he was married & he paid a some of money to my Grandma towards my dads upkeep will there be a copy of this in county records somewhere

If the payment was entirely voluntary there is unlikely to be record.  Do you know if it was a single payment or a regular one?

You can look in various records for an order by a court, or JP for payment to be made.  I am away from my reference books currently and so can't check precisely what would be applicable in 1916 but I am sure someone will tell you.

As far as I know it was a regular payment , my grandma had to collect it every week from some offices may be the court
