Rigby family, Chatsworth Avenue, Liverpool

I am currently scanning all the photographs taken from my grandmother's house.  My mum tells me this very pretty lady was my grandmother's best friend from many years ago.  The only details I have is that her name was A. Rigby and she lived at 57 Chatsworth Avenue in Liverpool.
