I am still having trouble getting on to ancestry for free.. All I come up with is the box if I want to buy a subscription for a year..  So how do it get access to the free site?/

Anne- I also kept getting box for subscribing until about 8:30 at night (after trying all day) and then free access box appeared on right-hand side of screen. I had to log out to get it. Think you just have to keep trying it. Good luck.

Well I sure hope some were lucky enough to get on ancestry for free as I have been trying and can not get on.. In fact now I can't get the box to come up that says 3 days free and it is only Thursday night here in Canada!!
