You dont need to book you just need a readers ticket.
If you dont have one you can register on the day, just bring some id.

Thanks Victoria I do have a readers ticket but while I am there I have some other details to confirm which involve checking baptisms and marriages. I will need a reader/viewer and you usually need to book those. I tend to make a whole day of it when I make the effort to go
