Tralee, Co Kerry Directories

Does anyone have access to any directories for the city of Tralee in the time period 1870-1900 ?  I am looking for anyone with the last name Corby and any Thomas,Elizabeth, Michael or Edward Fitzgerald's.

Hiya Jane,

There are some people on Rootweb offering Co. Kerry Look Ups.  One of them has a "Slaters 1846 Commercial Directory - Tralee" with a note saying "Directories are useful only to those who have ancestors who were wealthy landowners or "gentry", clergy, nobility or those towns people with a trade (ie coopers, shoemakers, grocers, teachers and professionals). The common Irish Catholic peasant of the mid 1800s will not be listed in a directory." I've a feeling that the later directories will be similar and householders may not be mentioned.
