Can anybody find Esther Anne?

Esther Anne Betton (or Belton according to Ancestry) appears as a widow on the 1901 Census, with her son Herbert VALE aged 17 born Penarth GLA
Her (step) daughter Sarah Ann BETTON 12 born Gravel's Bank SAL Her (?step) daughter Margaret PROSSER 12 born Pontypridd And children Lizzie BETTON 6 and Thomas BETTON 7 both born Pontypridd.

Her birth place is given as 1858 "Winterburn, Somerset, England"; but I cant find Winterburn or Esther Anne anywhere.

My grandmother hated Ether Anne with a vengeance and claimed that she had married 7 times and poisoned all her husbands. The surnames mentioned in the 1901 census suggest just 3 husbands. She did marry again in 1902 to a Mr Merryman, leaving another 3 exes if grandmother is correct. As Ether Ann died in 1907 I assume that any additional husbands must have been earlier.

Can anybody spot this woman in an earlier census than 1901? I cant! But I would love to find her!

or dont you know her maiden name?

There is a Winterbourne in Gloucestershire, if that helps?

Do you have her marriage(s) and any relevant certificates?  what about birth certs for any children?

So we need Esther Prosser in 1891 will have a look.

But children and birthplaces fit and shes born Winterburn?

Went on to the 1851 census putting in just Esther born Winterbourne,Glous and only one came up.

Esther Audrew?(Transcribed as Audrew but could also be Andrew not sure?) born 1836 Winterbourne,Glou,Servant in Bristol St Stephens.

Youd have to send for one of the marriage certs to see if this is her.
