I am looking for any info on George Murray Horsburgh

George Murray Horsburgh was born 1819 in Whitekirk, East Lothian to Alexander Horsburgh (1789) and Nicholas Sandilands (1787)

Any small bit of info will be helpful in trying to find this man and his descendants

Thanks in advance

Carol

A quick Google search throws up this. Unsure if it relates to the same man.

Reference SRO AD14/50/551, 1850, George Murray Horsburgh, labourer, 24 years,
resides at Grange Muir, Near Stenton, Shire of Haddington, charged with robbery
or theft.

Thanks again Hume

Alexander (1816) is hubby's GGG Grandfather so need to find all I can

Tried contacting the owner of that site a couple of years ago and was told we weren't that closely related so he wouldn't keep in touch -  :-\

Might still get some info from there though as he seems to have updated it quite a bit
