Does anyone in the Oldham area remember a George Walley a Butcher who later had a battery chicken establishment still in Oldham in the 1950s? His son, Ernest caried on his Dad's business after George retired. I'm searching for George's marriage to my aunt in the fairly early 1900s and beginning to clutch at straws. I'd be so glad of any information.
