Tate, Frisby — Romany families?

Does anyone know of families named either Tate (Lincolnshire area) or Frisby (Rutland) being Romany in origin?
I'm particularly interested in Sarah Ann Tate b abt 1811 in Corby, lincs; and her daughter Ann Frisby b 1839 South Witham, Lincs.
