J. HARMER - Leicester 1840

Hi everyone,
I am interested in finding out more about a Mr. J. HARMER who apparently lived at either 48 or 49 Castle St, Leicester, in about 1840.

In the "History, Gazetteer & Directory of Leicestershire & Rutland, 1846" there is a John HARMER living in Bedford St, Leicester. I don't know if this could be the correct J. HARMER.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I've found out that the people I was looking for were not actually in Leicester, they were in London!  ???
I shall start again   :)
