McEachran relatives
« on: Monday 15 January 07 14:54 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to trace any McEachran  (ren) (ron)
who came from the Banff area.
I have a Mary Mcearchran, married to a Lewis Wilson, buried at Macduff, also George Mceachran and his family, and James McEachran,
There parents Lachlan McEachran and Christian McEachran are elusive!
Christian died1857 She was born Christian Shand 1/6/1780 Gamrie, Banff ,her death certificate states buried Mcduff churchyard. it also states Lachlan, her husband was a Chelsea Pensioner, I cannot trace any of his record or details of his life, I have tried to find out if there are any records of the birth of their children, but I am not sure where to begin.
Any help would be appreciated,  Yonder

Yes Joe, She was the mother of George, James and Isabella, ( My GGGGrandmother) I have the inscription from the gravestone about George and James, but the next grave has a mention of a Mary McEachran wife of Lewis Wilson. Mary died 20th August 1850 before the time that I could trace the certificate from SPeople. to find her parents.Christian's husband Lachlan McEachran, I cannot trace anywhere.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
