Royal Welch Fusilliers 1917 /1918

In a box of old pictures recently found in a shed, I have discovered a regimental photograph of about 100 troops of the Royal Welch Fusiliers. It was taken in 1917 /1918, probably in France and shows the troops in an informal setting possibly during R&R (rest and recuperation). The reason I can be sure of the date is that my grandfather was in the Regiment and when he married in 1916 he was a Private. In the picture he is shown as a Sergeant and so it must have been post 1916.

I am having problems with my computer so cannot post the photograph here, but if anyone had a relative in this regiment at this time and would like a copy of the photograph, please send me a personal message with your email address and I will send a copy of the picture to you using a pc application that actualy is working on my pc (Picassa)

Grandfather's name was Thomas John Symons born 1889.
