'Holiday Snaps' in Margate

I have just recently found a photograph taken in Folkestone c1920.

An address stamped on the back where extra copies could be purchased is
Holiday Snaps
34 Charlotte Place
Margate

Has anyone any information about this company please? Obviously not still in existence!!

I know that area very well - that address is close to the Quart In A Pint Pot pub. I can't remember exactly what else is in that road near the pub, I'll take a look next time I'm there.

Interestingly, this site has an auction for the property back in 2005...

Got over to Charlotte Place at the weekend. Unfortunately 34 is now a brand new house, so either the original was demolished (possibly hit during WW2) or the numbering has changed.

Sorry it's not better news.

Many thanks for taking the trouble to look for me.

Most of the buildings/houses we seem to search for in this hobby have either been demolished or not in their original state! Never mind.
