Narrowing down Co. Waterford churches

 I think I've finally narrowed down my search to a parish- Trinity Without (Waterford City- I hope)  What would my next step be:

Getting names of churches and writing to each one individually?

I think that would be it but figured I should check first, I imagine the internatinal postage will add up!

I do have a birth register and that is where I have my info from
