Hi there, so Hezekiah was my grandfather (Clifford Swire's grandfather). Clifford's father was Thomas. I still live very close to where all farmed.  Whereabouts are you?

Hi, we are not very far away, Edenfield near Rawtenstall. My Grandad was known as Henry and also Harry. Thomas was his brother, there was also Billy and I think 2 sisters. I believe one was called Martha.

Oh wow, I think there is a picture of your Grandad Henry in the golf club which is right next door to the farm that Thomas had (New House).  I didnt know there was Brother called Henry and always wondered who he was when I saw tje pic in the golf as my 11 year old son is also Henry Swire 🙂.  I have a photo somewhere with Hezekiah, Thomas and my Grandad Clifford somewhere which I'll dig out and send you a copy of.  If you have messenger or WhatsApp let me know - might be easier to communicate?
