Was/Is Bedlinog in the Parish of Merthyr Tydfil?
« on: Monday 22 January 07 13:34 GMT (UK) »
Hallo there-......

Just need confirmation.

Is/was Bedlinog in the Parish of Merthyr Tydfil.  Looked up Births and Deaths (1860 - 1939) in Ancestry for  relatives, but not quite sure, as there are so many with the same names, if I am looking at the right Vol./Page.

I know that  borders change with time, so would welcome some help here.

Thanks,
Vivien

according to Genuki, it's in the parish of Gelliagaer. But Gelligaer came under Merthyr registration district for bmds until 1935.
