Parish Name on Certificate

Ok On thiscertificate it says the parish of (then it looks like Maindil? in the County  of Monmouth
the Church Of St Johns if that helps at all?

Have had no luck trying to figure out the parish. The Marriage was in 1895 incase the parish changed name at some point.

There was (is?) a St John's Church in Maindee, Newport, Monmouthshire.

Struggling to find a decent link to point you at, but found a reference by Googling.
