Yes it is ... and the one I'm looking for is too, but its been cement rendered at some time in the past, then grown over with moss ...
I'll post an exact grid ref. tomorrow if we find it !

Well we found it !  It is indeed a pig-sty; in fact the owner was very proud of it ... its a grade 2 listed building ... looked after by CADW.  There is a little walled enclosure outside for the pig to get fresh air; inside there is room to stand up, but its quite a small door for a human to crawl through, and I wouldn't have attempted it if there was a pig in residence ! 

It can be found on the road from Llanover to Blaenavon, (OS grid ref. 281078 for keen pig-sty researchers) !   It made an interesting morning out, anyway, and we also had a walk on the nearby moor ...

Here's 2 more pics ... first one, pigs eye view of the outside world; second ... Lydarts legs (do you like the Christmas present socks ?!) to give an idea of size of door ...
