Hello Half Pint, or should it be Little Lil,

I have several James families who moved from Cornwall to Egremont and Moor Row.
I would be very pleased to have any information you can find.
This is listing just two of the families, and I have given the birth dates where I know them.

James Oates James b 1847
   and his wife Ursula.

William James b 1838
   and his wife Elizabeth
   and children William T James b 1860
                        Richard James b 1863
                        Henry James b 1870
                        Samuel James b 1879
                        Christopher James b 1881

You might not have these details even though it was a 2007 thread..........Or other relatives may come along at a later date.......

William James lived at 45 Dalzell Street, Moor Row. William James aged 75 years was buried at Egremont 18/10/1912 - grave ref A Uncon 476 - purchased for £984 by Elizabeth James (his wife)

Elizabeth James  of 45 Dalzell Street, Moor Row. Elizabeth James aged 77 years was buried 11/2/1918 - grave ref A Uncon 476 -

The son William Thomas James, 12 Scalegill Road. Moor Row. Aged 89 years. Buried at Egremont Cemetery 10/6/1949. Grave Ref A Uncon 448. Grave purchased by William Thomas James (Clerk) 12 Scalegill Road. Moor Row. £2203

Probate Carlisle 2 August 1949 to Sarah Elizabeth McMellon (wife of Alfred McMellon) and Henry Lawton. Solicitor.  Effects £1281  10s  2d.

Sarah could be the daughter of William and Mary James.

Christopher James - the son of William Thomas James and Mary - Christopher James aged 5 1/2 months died at Moor Row and was buried at Egremont Cemetery 16/4/1893 - F Uncon 172 - Common Ground.
