Hi,

Thanks again, again, again.

That's right : the Vicar's name was Joseph Hindle.
When Joseph's first wife died (Susan West) in 1872 the the ceremony was performed by Joseph Hindle.
So in 1872 Rebecca was working for Joseph Hindle (at least since 1871).
So that is probably where they knew each other from. Interesting, isn't it?

 Mother----- Eliza.
