Dingaston

Has anyone heard of this place and where it might be in Ireland?  I'm trying to trace my Gold family connection who were in Ireland around the 1830s and 1840s.  On Charlotte Gold's 1881 Census returns she gives her place of birth as Dingaston, Ireland. I'd like to be able to trace her birth details and that of her brother Charles who was also born in Ireland.  Charlotte was born around 1838 and her brother about 1843.

Many thanks

Could this be a miss spelling, possibly Kingston which was the name for Dun Laoighre, Dublin from 1821 to 1921.
