Looe parish records are NOT on the IGI.
Here's the 1891 census:
Castle Street:
Mary Wynhall, 43, (widowed) living on own means, b. West Looe (this age is probably incorrect, looking at earlier census records)
Robert, 27, son (widowed), Fisherman b. East Looe
John, 25, son (single), Fisherman b. dit
Laura Toms, 8, granddaughter, b. East Looe.
next door
Charles Toms, 28, Fisherman & RN, East Looe
Mary M, wife, 28, b. West Looe
Edith, dau, 6, b. East Looe
Harry M, son, 4, b. dit
Mary, dau, 2, b. dit
Stanley, son, 1M, b. dit
The 1881 census, on
www.familysearch.org, shows Mary Wynhall (Sr), with her husband Robert (fisherman & RNR), and sons John and Robert. Can't spot Mary wife of Charles, but Charles Toms is in East Looe, probably the one living with James and Susannah Toms. There is another Charles Toms a couple of years younger, parents Richard and Elizabeth, though.
... strangely enough, I think the wife of this Charles Toms might be not Mary Wynhall but Mary Phillipa Marshall. She's shown on freeBMD as a possible match to the Charles Toms married in 1883; maybe Mary Wynhall was the mother of Laura only (Laura was born before the 1883 marriage, you will see this from freeBMD), and Harry M is Harry Marshall Toms.
Also strangely enough, there does not seem to be any Mary born to Robert and Mary Wynhall. However, in 1861 it seems that Mary Wynhall wife of Robert was previously married, as there are three Henden(?) children in the household.
Have you got some more info so we can sort this lot out?
