1851 census London, Kensington and Devon - ROBINS
« on: Sunday 29 February 04 14:01 GMT (UK) »
Would be grateful if anyone could research Robins, William, (carpenter). married to Eliza Gilbert Bickford.

They were married in East Stonehouse, Devon in 1837 but moved to London sometime afterwards.  The only child I know of was Samuel Bickford born in Kensington 1846.

Here's hoping!
Best regards

Thanks very much Geoff.  I'm more and more convinced that William and Eliza will be found on the London census.  Whether William's father John remained in Devon I don't know but its not worth me trying to find him until I can find some more detail on him.

Sad that I am I have that Finding Nemo line (slightly altered!) going on in my head 'Keep on looking, keep on looking"!

Thanks again and best wishes
Sue
