James Claizy brick wall
« on: Sunday 04 February 07 22:06 GMT (UK) »
I found the parish record for the marriage of James Claizy and Helen Ker in 1786, Chirnside.  They are buried there as well along with three of their children.  The spelling of the name has gone from Claisye, Claysey, Clazy, Clazey....James and his family seemed to move as a son was christened in Longformacus and a daughter in Fogo.

The brick wall is James' father...any ideas on how to find that?  I could find nothing on Scotlandspeople unless I am missing the forest for the trees...

Clues and hints most appreciated...
