Hi
Looking for any ancestors or descendents of this lady.  She was born abt 1746 possibly in Newcastle.  Sentenced to 7 yrs transportation (with Eleanor Scott) at the 19 July 1788 Northumberland Assizes. They robbed a shop near the head of Cannongate Street.  She was transported on the infamous 'Lady Juliana' to Sydney Cove and subsequently to Norfolk Island.

Her name was rendered as 'Tamsin' on N.I. victualling records, perhaps a reflection of a regional accent - maybe Irish.

Cheers

Bob
