A Hugh "Kenedy" is listed in the birth index of the Leitrim Genealogy Centre as being born in 1825. There is no indication of where in Leitrim he was born. To get other information you will probably need to pay a fee to LGC.

I am connected to Kennedys in Mohill Civil and Catholic Parish. I don't know if there were any Hughs in this family, but it is possible.
