oh dear at the risk of offending anyone ...Mudge  I think you may find  he isn't looking at Granma ... I haven't altered the pic at all ....just increased the resolution bit by bit and then very very slowly  burned the face  with a large soft brush and an exposure of 3%...... This version is really tiny

Thank you polldoll my Grannie died six years before I was born
I know when this photo was taken she was dying from cancer
I did know my granda and that just looks like him

How sad that you never knew her .... :(I never knew either of my sets of grandparents ..for one reason or another ...but it means I just love being a grandparent myself! Here's a version that I have cleaned ...
 I do have a 5x4 inch version of it  if you would care to pm me with your addy if you want it ( minus the hand that appeared in the left hand corner !  This one I'm afraid is only about one inch high to actually print it ...
