Birth/Marriage Index Search - Eliza MITCHELL/Timothy TOWNER

I would greatly appreciate if someone would be able to check the indexes for Eliza Ellen Mitchell birth, I believe she was a native of St. Martin's parish.  She born in about 1864 to James and Ann? Mitchell. 
Eliza married a Timothy Towner of Barcombe, Sussex.  They are said to have married in 1883.  One report is Nov 7th, in Plymouth I have not been able to confirm this.  The 2nd report is Town Church St. Helier.
Any help is most appreciated.

There is an entry in the index for St Martin in the volume 4th May 1857 - 16th July 1866, page 97, for the birth of Eliza Helen Mitchell (not Ellen).

There is an entry for Eliza Hellen Mitchell (note change of spelling) in the volume for St Helier Town Church, September 1880 to August 1884, on page 82. Timothy Towner is on the same page.
