Samuel Davison/Davidson 1855-1876 Islandbane Antrim
« on: Thursday 08 February 07 09:27 GMT (UK) »
I am interested in knowing anything about a Samuel Davidson who rents [with a Samuel Palmer] a business in Islandbane between Dunadry and Antrim in the Griffiths evaluation between approx 1855 and 1876 with a Samuel Palmer.

The business still stands - a small thatched cottage with a cellar and river beside.  Known as a wheel house I think - there to change wheels on coaches and also a pub.

Any info welcome or possibilities.
