I've avoided this one because of the poor quality of the original.  My guess is that it has already been worked on and is not a hot-off-the-press scan ! 
However the challenge got the better of me and I applied a bit of over-sharpening to start with

oooh thanks to you all for this, nice to see that she had two dresses the same but in different colours ! ( she was a dressmaker),

bet her waist was never the same again, 12mths after this photo she had her first of 11 known children 

now off to find another
