Marriage lookup please (Parish Registers)

Could someone please lookup a marriage please?

William Green to Mary (Unknown surname)

Mary was from Empingham, Rutland, and I think William was from Glinton, Northamptonshire, so I presume the marriage took place in Empingham.

It would be around 1820.

Am I right in assuming you are looking for Mary Green 1804 from Empinham   on the 1851 census?

Yes, thats her :-)

Hubby is dead in the 1851 Census, but does appear in the 1841 Census. Thats why I am not 100% sure where he is from.

There was a Mary Green marriage in 1815 in Empingham but sorry I can't find a William but there must have been Greens there. Have you found his death?

They lived in Glinton in Northamptonshire in the 41 census, and Mary is in Glinton in 51.

There are 2 William Green's who died between 1841-51 in that district (Peterborough) so I am unsure which one he is.

There is a young child of Mary on the 51 Census, so that would make is presumable that William died later in the decade. But I have a feeling that the child actually belonged to Sarah, William & Mary's eldest daughter.

I can see the problem 1 in Sep 1843 another Sep 1844 peterbro I'm sorry i don't think I'm going to be able to help  :'( my sympathy hope some one nearer can pick it up for you good luck
