Can anyone improve this photo please?

The young man in this photo came to an untimely end in a laundry explosion in Glasgow at the age of 22.  He left a young wife who died a few months later,  and a daughter.  Circumstances are that this daughter never knew much about her father, and this is one of the only three pictures she has of him and all of them are in poor condition.

Can someone please bring Fred Cotterill out of the photo before he fades away, and improve the photo any way you can?

Thanks Darksecretz!  It is amazing but I can really see a resemblance to my brother, even thought Freddie was my gg uncle!  You would think there were enough people in between to water down the genes, but I can definetly see it!
