What does 'Parents and Henry born in county' mean ? is it that they were born in the same county that they were living in at the time of census ?

Ive also found the following on Free BMD so I guess its time to get the plastic out and order some certificates

Yes the born in county does mean they were born in the county that the census was taken. The 41 unfortunately doesn't give actual place of birth.
