Death of Sebry Phillips Nee Westgate

Can anyone help please?

I have been trying to find the death of Sebry Phillips Nee Westgate born 5th July 1845 St Martin in the Fields Middlesex. She married Edward Robert Phillips (born 30 Dec 1844 Christchurch Surrey) 22 July 1866 Waterloo Surrey. Edward does not seem to be in the 1891 Census though Sebry is. She is living with her sister Ann E Wood. I have had no success looking through the BMD after 1891. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
