Can my friends photo be tidied up and maybe a wee bit of colour please

Hi All, This is a photo of my friend and her husband before they married in the 1930s can I get it tidied up and a wee bit of colour put on it for her it would be really appreciated, Cheers Fae Janemarie

Quick attempt with cheap frame , let me know if you prefer it without !
