What does this Medal Card info tell me?

hi

I am attempting to attach Medal Card info and would be grateful if anyone is able to decipher the information for me.. as I find it completley baffaling...

i would say that's your man, RAMC, royal army medical corps ( note the red cross on his sleeve and the slightly indistinct cap badge)

as you say there's not a lot on the card other than he was entitled to the victory and british war medals, he went to war in post 1915

the refernce next to the medals are the full medal rolls which might tell you more

they are at the National Archives at Kew, they will give you a little more detail, you could also see if his service records have survived ( only 30% did though)
