enquiry about a street

Please can anyone tell me if Little Parliament St. Derby still exists? Reason being I'm trying to find out if the marriage cert.which I'm hoping is my Aunt's is so but the cert. is quite poorly written. The marriage was in March 1921 between Ernest George Walley and either Annie Hook or Annie Hoole (this last one was my Aunt) and they gave this address as theirs at time of marriage. Witnesses were Florence Mary Watson and Samuel either Trearson or Pearson
Groom's father also George was a furnaceman with L.and N.W. and bride's father ,John was a labourer. I know it's a long shot but even now I've got the cert. I've got doubts. Hoping someone can help me out Please

      what was were Little Parlimant Street was is still there but the old Houses were replaced in the 1970s it is more a walkway than a street, here is a old map showing its location
