Who is the expert in photograph restoration?

Hello to the Photograph Restoration forum.

I have a photograph that I'd like restored if possible.  It is small and rather pathetic.  It is also about 80 years of age.  It is a photograph of my grandmother with my father's baby sister.  Until very recently it was the only photograph I had of my grandmother. 

Is there any one individual in particular that will do this or would it be down to anyone that is interested and willing?

Post it here and we will give it a shot for you, I don't think any of us would claim to be experts though, just people who enjoy restoration.
